Mezzo Mezzo
The Lofton Hotel is excited to launch a new dining experience for hotel guests and downtown Minneapolis locals. Located directly off the hotel lobby, Mezzo Mezzo (Italian for “half and half”) offers an all-day gathering spot to work, gather, or unwind. The name reflects the duality of the space, a bright morning hub offering local coffee from Spyhouse Coffee Roasters, and a spirited evening retreat serving Roman-style pizza and handcrafted cocktails.

Located on the fourth floor, Cosmos serves modern American cuisine inspired by Midwest favorites to provide a local culinary experience.
The restaurant is currently undergoing a refresh with a new experience to be announced in Summer 2026.
