    Pets are welcome at The Lofton Hotel with a $100 non-refundable fee. The pet policy does not have a weight limit for pets.

 

  • What are the parking options at The Lofton Hotel?
    Valet parking is available at The Lofton Hotel for $54.00 plus tax per night in a secured and covered area. Available 7am to 11pm daily. In/Out privileges are available. Valet can be charged onto the guest’s room. Self-parking is $23 plus tax per night.

    The Lofton Hotel does not have a Shuttle or Trolley, but is located within the Skyway system, and just a block away from the Light Rail and Free Bus Rides.

    Yes, The Lofton Hotel offers same-day service on dry cleaning or laundry, and is available six days a week (including holidays). Express service gets your items back in just a few hours.

 

  • Can a Gift Card be used towards the payment of the guest’s room?
    Yes, please feel free to use Hilton Gift Cards. Marcus Hotels & Resorts Gift Cards are not compatible with The Lofton Hotel.
